- 完全沒有工程背景的麥可希斯，想要打造出機車大獎賽(GP)等級的競賽機車，並與資源豐沛、財力雄厚的大車廠，在賽道上一較高下。這是痴人說夢，或是未來可期的雄心壯志？麥可希斯靠著自己的財力，意欲從頭打造出一部競賽機車，他延攬了各家好手，在有限的人力之下，獨立研發全新的懸吊系統、以及消除引擎陀螺效應的革命性內燃引擎，包括碳纖維的車殼設計等等，同時已申請到多項專利。但賽道才是決勝的關鍵，也是往後資金來源的保證。麥可希斯得要證明自己的機車，確實能在賽道上更勝一籌。在諸多不利的因素之下，靠著自己以及精良小組的毅力與決心，摩托希斯逐步接近夢想，並請來世界級車手來試車，且看這以小博大的追求，是否能開花結果？
